Climbing a steep path from the train station is a workout no one asked for!!!

Great view from the room, but Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The views from the balcony are amazing, especially seeing the Eiger. The walk from the train station is really steep, not easy with luggage. Great spot for skiing and hiking.

Fine Eiger view with cozy lounge. Uncomfortable double beds left me sore.

The daily breakfast with made-to-order eggs and bacon was a good start to the day. My experiences at other places in grindelwald didn't compare to how caprice was really nice.

This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need, like great Wi-Fi, a spa & wellness center, and helpful staff. On my first visit, they provided taxi tips which I appreciated. I'm coming back for a business trip.

Charming chalet-style building with cozy decor and fine views! The helpful staff provided excellent local hiking tips, even on a rainy day. Breakfast featured home-grown products with a wide variety. The shower had low water pressure, and some amenities were missing, slightly affecting the experience.

I was appalled by the owner's rude behavior . Upon arrival, he harassed me over a miscommunication regarding my friend's stay, which I had arranged months in advance. Even after settling the issue, the owner continued to show disrespect.

the climb to the hotel is pretty steep but the room had a nice balcony and breakfast was tasty. loved the homemade muesli and the view from the terrace was great. overall a decent stay.
